Chef Carrie’s culinary journey is as inspiring as it is impressive. From her first cookbook at just five years old to her formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA, she’s always been dedicated to her craft. Her move to New York City in 2006 led her to refine her skills in some of the city’s top kitchens, working alongside elite chefs before branching out into personal chef services for clients in New York and London.

Carrie’s partnerships with local farmers and purveyors in the Catskills region in 2018 established Catskills Catering, where her commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients shines. Her time as Head Chef at Seminary Hill in Callicoon, NY, and her stellar appearance on Beat Bobby Flay, where she wowed the renowned chef himself, add to her culinary credibility.
